Loan Organisation Privacy Policy

In order to comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), LAMA needs your express permission to hold your organisation’s and operatives’ names, addresses, emails and telephone numbers.  You may review and update the details we hold about you and your organisation by logging on as a LAMA user.

LAMA will use your information as follows:

• Your data / contact details will be recorded in LAMA’s register of vehicle loan scheme authorised users and will be used to keep you informed of significant LAMA issues.
• All data will be stored electronically and may also be stored on paper. Your data will not be shared with any person other than LAMA committee members and drivers.
• Please inform us in the event that your details change, or log in to change them yourself. We may also contact you from time to time to review your details.
• Your data will be held by LAMA for as long as you continue to be an authorised organisation or LAMA user.  If you do not use the minibus or communicate with LAMA for an extended period of time then you will be considered to have withdrawn from LAMA and the vehicle loan scheme, your data will be destroyed and any share held by your organisation will be forfeited.
• If you want to renew your association with LAMA at a later date then we will ask you to provide your data again and a new record will be made.
