LAMA Management
LAMA is managed by its members at general meetings. In March every year, an annual general meeting (AGM) is held to receive the accounts for the previous year and to decide auditing arrangements for the current year. The AGM will also elect a treasurer, a secretary and working groups as required. A general meeting is also held every year in September to review LAMA activity and agree policy changes.
The principal working group is the LAMA committee which meets every other month to manage day to day minibus operations. In alignment with LAMA's digital strategy, the LAMA website provides facilities to assist with the management of LAMA. Planning functions are undertaken within the website's admin area which is password protected. Passwords are issued by the LAMA webmaster, as authorised by the LAMA committee.
